Teenage Wilderness Trust

This is a wonderful local charity that supports young people who do not suit mainstream education, preferring a practical outdoors experience. At the charities base they needed an area for the students to grow their own organic food, learn new practical skills, foster social skills and develop self-esteem. The design has wooden raised beds with connecting paths that are suitable for wheelchair use, with a communal area at the centre, all built by pupils and staff. www.teenwilderness.org
